• For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, a handling fee may apply as shown at checkout.

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen delays or courier constraints.
• Dhara Steel is not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However:

• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products caused during manufacturing or transit.
• To claim a return or replacement, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
• Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery through our customer support channels.
• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or store credit; refunds are generally not issued.
• Personalized or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
