Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our reliable courier partners. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If your pin code is not serviceable, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to arrange delivery through an alternate courier partner.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• During high-demand or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• You will receive an Order Confirmation via email or WhatsApp after placing your order.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Notification with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.
• A small handling fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders.
• Customers are requested to ensure availability at the shipping address during delivery for a smooth COD experience.
• Please note that COD packages cannot be opened before payment is completed to the delivery agent.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
• Updates on your shipment’s current status and expected delivery date.

You can also contact our customer support team if you need assistance with tracking or delivery updates.

Receiving Your Order

• Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
• If the packaging appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
• Any issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Cancellations or Address Changes

Once the order is shipped, cancellations or address changes cannot be accommodated. For any modifications, please contact us before dispatch.
