Dhara Steel – Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Dhara Steel, we take pride in offering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. While we strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please read our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery, depending on the issue and product condition.
You are eligible for a free replacement or refund in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received an incorrect product (different from what was ordered).
- You received a product with missing parts or components.
If the issue does not fall under the above categories (for example, change of mind, size, or color preference), the return or replacement request will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
- Clear images of the product, invoice, and packaging must be provided at the time of raising the return request.
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
3. How to Raise a Return or Replacement Request
You can easily raise a return or replacement request through the following methods:
- From your “My Orders” section on our website, or
- By contacting our Customer Support team via email at support@dharasteel.com or call us at +918087789054 (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our logistics partner.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
- The refund will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the bank details shared during the return request.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after the product is received by us for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Eligible Items for Return or Replacement
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products used, altered, or damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products with tampered packaging or missing labels/serial numbers.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

- Products reported for return after 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@dharasteel.com, along with:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- Clear pictures or videos showing the damage or defect.
Once verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund as per your preference. Any claim without valid photo/video proof will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by writing to us at support@dharasteel.com. Once cancelled, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
If the order has already been shipped, it will fall under the regular return policy once delivered.
8. Important Notes
- Dhara Steel will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages during return transit.
- We reserve the right to inspect and verify all returned products before processing refunds or replacements.
- This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
